RECRUITING STEPS

OBC Talent Search offers employers the following six (6) step recruitment process;

Step 1: Client Initial Engagement
We will engage each client and understand the full requirements and expectations from the job opening and assist the client in defining the profile of the sought candidate.

Step 2: Head Hunting
We will undertake candidate head-hunting even on those who are not even on the job marketing. Our understanding of the client requirements empower us to identify ideal candidates in the industry and make appropriate approaches.

Step 3: Candidate Matching
We will secure at least five candidates who will have succeeded in going through our stringent preliminary assessments, tests and integrity checks.

Step 4: Interviewing Process

We avail ourselves in participating and guiding the interviewing process together with the client. Our interview report will make recommendations on the most suitable candidates matching the job requirements.

Step 5: Appointment
We will advise the client on appropriate package in line with the circumstances and position of the client on the market as well as client internal recruitment policy.

Step 6: After Placement Support Services
We will continue to support both the candidate and the employer to ensure success and longevity of the placement.
